Support Team opening hours (EN)

We strive to create a positive work-life balance for our team. That is why many of our departments only provide support during regular office hours. Of course, within the data center parks, we always have staff on hand 24/7/365.

General inquiries (includes questions about customer orders, billing, customer accounts, and our customer interfaces)

  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM, Central European Time

Support that directly requires a technician from the data center (for example, a hard reset, attaching a KVM, replacing hardware, etc.)

  • 24/7/365 support

If you are already a customer, usually the quickest and most effective way to get support is to write a support request using your account. It is often easier to help you using the ticket system when the information that our Support Team needs to see is complex, for example, if you think you have a network issue and you need to send our team MTR reports.
