Change Access Data

For our administration interface Progressive Robot Console, we recommend taking these steps:

Log on with your client number and password to account.progressiverobot.com.

Change client password

In the top right corner, click on "Administration", and then on the left on "Access details".

Change the domain level/the FTP passwort

Click on the correct domain in the account overview. Go to "Manage Services" in the left-hand menu, and then click on "FTP" under "Access Details". Then click on "Edit" for the main user and for all other FTP users.

Important note: You may need to also change the new password in the FTP Client (for example, Filezilla).

Change mailbox passwords

Click on "E-mail", and then click on "E-Mail Accounts" in the menu on the left. Go to "Edit" and overwrite the password there. Do this for all the mailboxes.

Please note: The new password will need to be adjusted in the mailclient (e.g. Outlook) if necessary.

Change MySQL password

Under "Manage Services", select "MySQL" and every database one-by-one. Then click on "Edit". Overwrite the passwords and click on "Save".

Important note: You may need to also change the new password in the configuration files of the installed MySQL software.
